Frontier Farm Credit customer-owners elect one to the Board of Directors

MANHATTAN, KANSAS – Frontier Farm Credit stockholders re-elected Lee Mueller to the financial cooperative’s Board of Directors, and the Board reappointed Director Kathy Brick.

Lee Mueller, of Hiawatha, Kansas, is president of Laus Creek Farm, Inc., and raises corn and soybeans. He also owns Laus Creek Trucking, LLC. He was elected to the Frontier Farm Credit Board in 2015; his current term begins April 1, 2021, and runs through March 31, 2024.

Kathy Brick, of Overland Park, Kansas, serves as the Board’s financial expert.  She has a background in finance, accounting, internal controls, risk management, regulatory compliance, strategic planning and process improvement. She consults through Kathy Brick LLC and also serves as managing director of Prairie View Holdings LLC, a family farming operation in Missouri. Brick has served on the Association Board since 2014 and her current term begins April 1, 2021, and runs through March 31, 2024.

Frontier Farm Credit is governed by a Board of Directors that reflects the diversity of agriculture in the Association’s territory of eastern Kansas. The Board consists of three Directors elected by customer-owners and one Director appointed by the Board to provide an outside perspective.
