Frontier Farm Credit awarded $44,270 in Working Here Fund grants in the third quarter of 2023. The 13 nonprofit organizations listed below received grants to support agriculture and rural communities with projects that address one of the following areas: agricultural education, hunger and nutrition, or rural disaster assistance and essential services.

We recently refreshed our grant program to offer more financial support, sized to meet the needs of small and large projects. Nonprofit organizations in 41 counties in eastern Kansas whose projects align with the mission of our grant program can now apply for up to $5,000 each quarter. Twice a year, we are awarding grants of up to $15,000 and up to $25,000.

Frontier Farm Credit is accepting grant applications for the fourth quarter of 2023 through December 31. To learn about the requirements and apply online, visit the Working Here Fund grants page.
